resources that help you achieve your goals. Because we believe so strongly in the value of our
PDFs and mini-courses, we offer a transparent and customer-first refund policy.

Our Promise: If you don't see value in any way for 30 days, you can request a refund by
sending an email to mybeautifulguide@gmail.com.

 

1. Digital Product Nature
Since our products (PDFs and Mini Digital Courses) are delivered digitally via download or email,
they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once you purchase, you have lifetime access to
the files. However, your satisfaction remains our priority.

2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request within your 30-day window, please email us with the following
information:

Subject Line: Refund Request - [Your Order Number]
Full Name: The name used during checkout.
Email Address: The email used to purchase.
Feedback (Optional): While not required, we would love to know why the product wasn't a fit so we can improve for future customers.

3. Refund Processing
Once your request is received:
We will review your request within 2-3 business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method
(Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
Please note that it can take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement,
depending on your financial institution.

 

4. Access After Refund
Please note that upon the issuance of a refund, your license to use the digital material is revoked.
We ask that you delete any downloaded PDFs and your access to the mini-course hosting platform will be deactivated.

5. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, please contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction without question.
