Thank you for shopping at My Beautiful Guide. Since our products are digital (PDFs and Mini- Courses), we do not have a physical shipping process. However, we want to ensure you receive your digital goods instantly and smoothly.

 

1. Delivery Method
Immediately after your purchase is completed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated email from Shopify containing a download link or access instructions for your digital guide or course. You may also be redirected to a download page immediately on the checkout screen once payment is successful.

2. Delivery Fees
Because these are digital files, there are zero shipping costs. Whether you are across the street or across the globe, delivery is always free and instantaneous.

3. What if I don't see my email?
If you haven't received your download link within 10 minutes of purchase, please follow these
steps:
Check your Spam/Junk folder: Occasionally, automated emails are filtered by mistake.
Check "Promotions" or "Updates" tabs: If you use Gmail, check these specific folders.
Verify your email: Ensure that the email address you entered at checkout was spelled
correctly.

4. Technical Issues
If you experience any issues downloading your PDF or accessing your mini-course, or if the link provided appears to be broken, please contact us immediately. We will manually send you the files
or grant access as soon as possible.
